Amazing food. Very affordable. Clean. Quick. Excellent service. As good as any Mexican or Central American restaurant you’ll find in the U.S.. they could charge a lot more. Drop everything and come eat here. Big hugs from Brazil people. I’m a truck driver. I dropped into this spot and it was AMAZING!

This is an excellent spot! My wife and I love this place. We typically come here for their Carne Asada taco and the rice and beans. Plus their cleanliness is on point. You wouldn’t think so because its a hole in the wall and you never know what to expect with these type of places but I was impressed. Here is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 and it’s because of their consistency. Every time I have come in, it’s a different cook on the grill. So sometimes the carne asada has been over cooked, lacked in salt, or too much salt. Last night our rice was really undercooked. It’s a shame because we love this place. If they just work on those consistency issues they would truly be on top for me. Another thing is that I wish they had a menu on the wall you can look at. The ladies are very kind at assisting you but sometimes I just want to look at a menu on a wall. The one thing, I will say staff can do better is ask, “do you know what you would like or would you like a menu.” Outside of this everyone is really nice and respectful. So in summary still a great place for tacos but just fix the consistency issues.

Went to this location to try the birria tacos and they did not disappoint. Fresh, flavorful and just the right amount of cheeses and very reasonable in price. They have a small and simple menu, but I will for sure be back again.

We had been craving birria and came across this place. Amazing food. Definitely worth it. We got 7 tacos, 2 sides of consommé, a side of rice, and 2 HUGE horchata. We spent $38 total. Definitely recommend this place. So delicious. Other places have small birria tacos but these were big considering. We’re definitely regulars now.

Hands down the best birria tacos I've had in a while also great price. Service could def be better. Lady seemed to be lazy, at the moment of paying I asked to me charged and while she was just sitting down (doing nothing) she pointed to the register indicating I had to go over there. *I don't mind paying on the way out, it's just the manners. Other than that, excellent! Will be back

I ordered the birria taco but forgot to take a picture. It was my first time having it and I thought it tasted good. I also tried the asada torta. The bread was a little thick making it taste a little dry. The green pureed sauce is hot but it’s that slow burn that creeps up after (jalapeños?). Beware . I did not try the dark red sauce but my guess is it’s hot too. My kids liked the tacos. All tortillas were corn, did not realize this when ordering. I prefer flour but it was still tasty. My daughter liked the vanilla popsicle, they are very big.

Score!!! I did a google search for Mexican restaurants in route to work. When I pulled up I was a little nervous. It was not to impressive from the outside. But oh my goodness... the menu was short and sweet. Tacos burritos and tortas. I ordered the steak burrito with rice and beans and an horchata. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! No exaggeration it was amazing. In all honesty, will say the minced steak tasted -slightly- over cooked in spots, but everything else was -perfection-. The red and green sauce was also 10 out of 10. It was so good I got a second burrito to go for dinner. (Don't judge) Probably the best Mexican food I've eaten in the 10yrs I've been in Charlotte. It's almost an hour for my house, but thank the good Lord it's only 20 min from work. And the famous words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, " I'll be back". Update, I did go back, about 2 months later... everything went up by about $2. I'm sad, but it is what it is. I understand I guess.
